Friday 7 July 2006. Dr Peter Clarke, Managing Director and founder of LibraPharm Limited, today announced the company had been acquired by Informa Healthcare.

“It had become clear to me that that the company had reached the point where taking it forward to the next level required outside investment” he said.

As part of the new arrangement Dr Clarke is stepping down from his role as Managing Director, and will take no further role in the company’s operational management.

LibraPharm’s publications are a perfect fit for Informa’s healthcare division, which has a strong presence in pharmaceutical research.
